Welcome to the totally new Jest Kidding site. I trust that you will enjoy your visit. Many thanks to Kedron Rhodes who has done such an excellent job in the design and setup of what you are looking at. I am so blessed by him.

What To Expect

Our new site is aimed at providing things of interest to children K-6 and a resource to those working with them. I hope that you will find things that are useful to you, find encouragement, and maybe a laugh or two. I will be sharing my knowledge and experiences from the past 33 years in hopes of providing value to you.

I will be posting new things on a regular basis. I would encourage you to subscribe to our RSS feed so that you don�t miss anything. I will be posting tips and suggestions for working with kids. There will be regular downloads for you to use as well as links to resources.

There will be a series entitled Road Noise which will be stories about my live on the road as a traveling road warrior doing over 200 programs a year in kid�s crusades, vacation Bible schools, camps, etc. I think you are going to enjoy these stories and the lessons that can be learned from them.

You are going to find podcasts that you can subscribe to. Some are just for fun and some will be for encouragement and inspiration.

You will be seeing instructions in a variety of visual arts; gospel magic, juggling, puppetry, storytelling, etc.

My Commitment To You

I want to provide you with practical things that you can actually put to use in your ministry. When you need ideas, I hope you will think of this site. When you have questions, I hope you will find your answers here. When you are feeling discouraged and down to your last nerve, I hope you will find encouragement here to keep in the battle.

What I Ask Of You

As I share with you, I want to encourage you to share with the rest of us your comments and suggestions. If you have something that relates to the subject at hand or if you have something that you have found fun and effective, please share that with the rest of us. If you have tried something that really flops we would like to hear about that too so that we don�t go there. All of us who work with young people have learned things that others can benefit from. Your questions and comments are always welcome.

I would also like to encourage you to let others know about what is being offered here. If there are others in your church or circle of friends that work with kids, please let them know that we are here for them as well.

Would you encourage the kids you are working with to visit our Kids Corner? I know they will enjoy it and find lots of new things there in the weeks to come. We have one of the top animators in the world working on a project right now that I know you are going to want your kids to see. You can get a sneak preview here.
